Backgrounds For Animation | Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron

I recently had the pleasure of creating the backgrounds for a fan-made reanimation of a scene from Netflix's 3D Spirit Riding Free, in the 2D style of Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron.

I really enjoyed creating backgrounds in the style of the original Dreamworks film with my own techniques, I think the backgrounds look quite different from my usual work. It was also interesting to create almost a 360° turnaround of a single environment - and different angles of the same location, which was needed because of the camera movements following the characters.
